At Hansel from Basel, we want you to love your whimsical legwear and apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, socks and hosiery must be unopened and still attached to their original cards to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our studio.
